Located in Gosier, it's the ideal starting point for exploring the island.

You can reach St Feilix beach in less than 10 minutes on foot via a footpath

Accommodation
The villa is ideal for a wonderful vacation with family, friends or business travelers. From the swimming pool and Jacuzzi on the roof terrace to lounging on the D-Bed, sipping an aperitif at the poolside bar or sunbathing on the underwater lounger, there's something for everyone in our little corner of paradise.
From the master suite you can enjoy a view of the pool and an outdoor shower in a tropical garden: bedroom with king-size bed 180 x 200, dressing room, bathroom with walk-in shower and double washbasin. Safe, hairdryer
The 2nd bedroom with its 2 single beds and bathroom can accommodate children or 1 couple (possibility of moving the 2 beds closer together to make a 180 x 200 bed)
Individual WC
The large main room of approx. 45 m², with high ceilings, comprises :
- a fully-equipped kitchen: fridge and freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, wine cellar, NESPRESSO and filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender..
- lounge area with corner sofa and large-screen HD quality SMART TV
In the cellar: washing machine, picnic cooler, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner ....

A pergola covers the terrace, where you can enjoy your meals sheltered from the sun and rain by the pool (Weber barbecue). And finally, below the pool, an area with large sofas where you can relax after a day's outing and prepare for the next day.
The villa is fully fenced and unoverlooked, with a secure parking space closed by a gate.

This villa is not accessible to people with reduced mobility

On arrival, you'll be greeted with a welcome aperitif, and for stays of 7 nights or more, we'll provide you with a complimentary 1st breakfast (coffee, tea, chocolate, bread, jam, fruit juice, etc.)
The price includes: household linen (sheets, tea towels, etc.), towels and, for lighter travel, swimming pool towels.
Basic products available: salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, etc.
Courtesy kit for your arrival: new sponge, 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 washing machine dose, washing-up liquid, coffee filter, 2 rubbish bags ..

Not included:

- tourist tax of 3.00 € / adult / night

- cleaning fee of €200.00

The tourist tax and the maintenance/cleaning package are eligible on arrival and are added to the total cost of the rental

Security deposit:

At the latest on arrival, the lessor will take a credit card imprint of €2,000.00 as a security deposit to cover any rental damage.
