TI KAZ DU LAGON is a small 40m² villa (indoor/outdoor) set in a tropical garden, located in Gosier near St Felix beach
It benefits from a 4-star Meublé de tourisme classification for its complete, high-quality facilities
Come and enjoy our haven of peace for your romantic or other getaways.
The interior includes an air-conditioned bedroom with a 180 x 200 king-size bed, a TV connected to your NETFLIX and DEEZER accounts, an office area, a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom (large washbasin, walk-in shower, WC and washing machine)
The outdoor space, under a 20m covered terrace, houses a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, NESPRESSO and classic coffee makers, toaster, etc.), a dining area, and a sitting area with Day-Bed for your ti punch. The tropical garden is fully enclosed, so you can pick your own limes, bananas or maracudja depending on the season
When you return from the beach or from sightseeing, you can relax in the private Jacuzzi or on the sun loungers, listening to the sound of the waves in the distance.

This villa is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

TI KAZ DU LAGON welcomes you to a calm, verdant setting, where you'll find everything you need to make your vacation a pleasure, including washing machine, dishwasher, safe, ironing board and iron, hairdryer, WIFI... For your convenience, a drinking water tank has been installed to make up for unpleasant water cuts (24-hour water cuts every 72 hours). 1 parking space available

The price includes household linen (sheets, dishcloths, sponges, etc.), towels and pool towels. Basic products such as salt, pepper, oil and sugar are also available. are available

For stays of 7 nights or more, we offer you a welcome aperitif and everything you need for your 1st breakfast: coffee, tea, chocolate, fruit juice, bread and jam

FREE courtesy kit for your arrival: new sponge, 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 washing machine dose, washing-up liquid, coffee filter, 2 garbage bags..

Not included :

- tourist tax of 2.30 € / adult / night

- 90.00 € cleaning fee

The tourist tax and the maintenance/cleaning package are eligible on arrival and are added to the total cost of the rental

Security deposit:

At the latest on arrival, the lessor will take a credit card imprint of 800.00 € as a security deposit to cover any rental damage.
